so i made this blanket this weekend.i've tried one with ruffles before and it turned out with lots of seams showing, etc. but this one was much better.
but it's not perfect. and i was thinking about giving it as a gift. because it's really cute. but like i said, there is a little puckering of the fabric and one corner that isn't perfect. do you think i can still give it as a gift??

You can DEFINITELY give as a gift! I love it!! Did you just do the ruffles by hand sewing as you went? Can you do a gathered stitch on your maching for ruffles? I cant and SOOo wish I could.
love it! give it! {or selfishly keep it!!} i would have a tough time giving away something so adorable!
I think it is precious! Not only a good gift because of how cute it is, but from the heart because you made it! I so wish I could sew!
