we're still recovering. thus, there are no other pictures. yet.
we had a weekend full of swimming, tubing, eating, fireworks, staying up WAY past our bed times {all of us} and family fun.
it's no secret that i love summertime. and the 4th of july seems to be the center of all things summer.
i love the fourth. and all it stands for.
and i can't get enough of my FAVORITE token 4th of july song. "proud to be an american."
you may think it's cheesy. and, i guess, it kinda is.
but for me - fireworks or no fireworks - it makes my heart swell with pride. for our country. for our freedom. and for the people who serve our country on a daily basis. in any and all capacities.
