Park It!

On Sunday, Jeff and I took Brady and Georgia on a walk around our neighborhood. We originally were going to go swing at the park that is about 1/2 mile from our house, but of course it was PACKED because it was so beautiful outside, so we just parked the wagon on the big grassy lawn, along with a ton of other kiddos, and hung out. Brady was not sure about the grass. In fact, he didn't touch it. He did not move for the 30 or so minutes we were sitting there. But Georgia sure did. Jeff let Georgia off her leash (something I would NEVER think about doing in a wide open space with lots of people) and threw the ball for her to 'fetch'. Despite me being worried (a theme in my life, I know!) about her running into the street or jumping on someone who is terrified of dogs, she did really well. She really listens to Jeff and didn't go too far from us at all. Brady loved to turn around and watch her... but again, he would not put his hands down! By the time we left, Georgia was panting and acting all dramatic, so Jeff gave her the rest of Brady's water! B. didn't seem to notice!
